The Inspiration Behind the Bloom

Let me share a bit about how this dream came to life. Years ago, while working with the incredible David Dancer at a company with a less-than-stellar culture, I discovered a kindred spirit. David had a remarkable background, including leading marketing for Teleflora, and he shared my love for flowers.

During a team meeting, David posed a question that stuck with me: What would you do for work if money weren’t a factor? For me, the answer was instant and clear—I’d spend my days creating beauty with flowers. That conversation planted a seed, and over time, it began to grow.

The Turning Point

Fast forward five years and a few disheartening jobs later, I reached my breaking point. Corporate communications no longer brought me joy. In fact, it drained me. That’s when I decided to take control of my work life and pursue what truly makes me happy.
